Free Palestine

As an artist and superhero enthusiast, I’ve always been driven to use my talents for positive change.  Fueled by my ancestors' legacy, I see the pressing need to address injustice as it continues to tighten its bloodied grip on the world’s most vulnerable. Today, I encourage you to raise your voice for Palestine. A people currently comprised of nearly 50% children who have been under Israeli occupation for over 50 years and continue to endure heinous acts of genocide.  A people who are being forcibly displaced from their homeland and erased through ethnic-cleansing.

Palestine must be free.  The Israeli government,  an administration supported by a number of powerful countries, including the United States, must be held accountable.

Historically, it has always been during times of unrest and darkness where the brightness within us shines most. It is also during these times, that superheroes are most needed. They are our ideals, hopes, and aspirations that inspire us to be the best versions of ourselves, which includes acts solidarity with oppressed communities.

Although we may not possess the gifts of a weather goddess or the incredible strength of an alien, we’ve always been capable of making a difference. So take a stand against injustice in all of its forms. Raise your voice against white supremacy, anti-Blackness, Zionism, Islamaphobia, anti-semitism and ongoing acts of genocide.

The people of Palestine need you.
